Bug Fixes
• Key Map Corpse Lag: Investigated and diagnosed lag spike on first few kills inside KeyMaps caused by corpse spawning
• Chunk Loading Lag We upgraded data formats across the whole codebase to prepare for future, modernized improvements; in doing so, each chunk needed to be converted to the new type on the fly. This caused significant hitching. We've refactored the approach to load much faster and using a background thread. This should make things much better, but keep us posted how it feels.
• Trading Post Item Stacking: Fixed item stack replacement bug where withdrawing items from the Trading Post could overwrite existing inventory stacks
• T9 Cooking Task: Fixed a bug causing failure to grant XP
• Franc Red Skinning Task: Fixed repeatable skinning task conversation in Franc Red
• Warrens of Thought - Instance Lever Fix: Fixed lever/wheel doodads not functioning in instanced versions of Warrens of Thought
• Chunk Rendering: Investigated and addressed chunk occlusion issues at layer/chunk boundaries
Server & Infrastructure
• Quest System: More bug fixes for quest stages, kill objectives, and gather objectives We're on standby to continue to fix issues and improve the game, please let us know if you encounter any problems! PS - you all really like farming arcane dust!
