Bug Fix!

- Bug Fix for higher resolutions (more than 1280x800).

• Quest placement problems
• Setting button covering Pause
• Not Responding Mouse in the middle of the screen
• Added New Game in the Settings Menu

- Game Dynamics changes:

• Both War and Treasure Zone assignments now get a refund if removed
