Just a hotfix addressing some small issues.
Fixes
-Fixed weight of Comic Book
-Fixed typo in Cargo Rack description
-Vehicle Spotlight modification will stay inactive on game load if saved while vehicle engine off
-Changes in distance to Salvation stat for highway signs and skill screen information accuracy
-Adjusting day length while sleeping no longer breaks elapsed time
