We have finally released the Tower Expansion for Torches of Fate today, this expansion includes many new features, including game modes, costumes, game fixes, and some changes to the game that were much requested by the earlier adopters.
The Tower Mode
The Tower is now open to challengers! See how far you can climb this alternative game mode with rougelite elements, you can reach this mode by Castle Gaiden once you have Dimitri, Engore, Ramona, and Riley in your party, this mode has unique weapons, armor, monsters to battle, and different character-building from the main game. Beating The Tower will also unlock several things in the base game, including a new merchant, weapons exclusive to the Tower, and a new costume set.
Monster Loot
Monsters in the base game will now drop more loot besides G, keep an eye out to see what new weapons and armor you can find.
Death's Castle Change
We got many complaints about how much of a labyrinth Death's Castle was; it has been completely revamped into being a proper dungeon more in line with the earlier dungeons in the game.
