The Hint System
Alpha Particle is a game about discovery, but not everyone has the same level of discovery juices. And so the brand new Hint System was created to remedy the imbalances. A system that will guide you but still leave you to discover things. With three time settings to fit your needs as well as the option to turn it off entirely.
The Objective menu
Alongside the hint system is it's brother, the objective menu. A new menu that automatically slides in and out during screen transitions to remind you of your main objective as well as some secondary objectives. Nice, easy and discreet.
Game balance
Various small changes were made but notably the biggest change was in the decrease of boost cost. In Alpha Particle your Hp is also your boost as well as your currency. Now with a reduced cost for boost this means longer boost at lower cost, and slower loss of life. It's a small change with a big impact.
Glitches
Yep glitches! They are always lurking and we are always finding them and eliminating them. And so we did for this release as well. Found some, zapped some!
