Update Notes For July 12th

• Improved rain drop visibility.
• Improved rain splash visibility.
• Improved mist visibility and motion.
• Added ability to change particle counts

Note, Rain, splash and mist settings only set the theoretical maximum particle counts, and not the actual particle counts. The Cloud particle count will change the amount of particles in the Cloud at any time.
