🚀 Greetings captains!
We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season while we have been working in the background on the next Major Update.
2024 was a whirlwind year for us — at the first quater we were on the the edge of survival. I had to spend a lot of energy and time to save the company and the crew. I started working on side to earn money addressing the many challenges and surprises that came with it was incredibly rewarding but also exhausting.
In the mid of the year it turns that we successfully saved the crew, the company and all ours developments.
Toward the end of the year, it was time to step back, rest, and reconnect with why we started this journey: our love for games and Trigon: Space Story. And we used this time to make our next game update for you.
💙 We’re deeply grateful for your trust in supporting the game during these years — it means the world to us and fuels our commitment to making Trigon: Space Story the best it can be.
When someone asked me about games on Mac, Trigon is one of the best options on its genre

All eyes on me
✨ What is new? Summary by Trigon Test Pilots
🔹 The game now depends more on your decisions — whether to grind further or leave the sector, hire more mercenaries to reduce your bounty. It’s still the same Trigon, but decisions feel more impactful.
🔹 The new weapon control buttons might not be essential on normal difficulty, but on hard, you’ll need to time your shots carefully — spamming bursts is no longer an option.
🔹 New balance. The early game has become tougher — you need to unlock new weapons to progress.
🔹 Food is not a problem anymore.
(🤡 Nah, I can't believe that! This is still the biggest negative review on Steam for us)
🔹 The bounty progression system works great. Previously, you could farm levels endlessly, but now, around the third bounty level, it’s time to move on. This creates a solid risk-and-reward dynamic.
🔹 Combat has become more intense. Victory or defeat is decided in the first few seconds: either you manage to disable at least one enemy system, or you sink. There’s still room for improvement here, but the tension is constant.
🔹 Each station now has its own economy: some have cheaper weapons, others specialize in tech. This makes traveling between stations more meaningful.
🔹 The game has become more dynamic and skill-based rather than grind-focused. It’s more engaging now, though newcomers might find it challenging.
Let's see what we have got just for you on ver 1.0.12.5196
