In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Shadow Arena converts accounts that do not have any login or access records for one year to an inactive account state
During this process, personal information stored on accounts converted to this inactive state is either destroyed or separately stored. As such, we notify Users via email that their account will be converted to an inactive state at least 30 days prior to this process.
However, we discovered that an internal test email was sent during the process of sending emails to Users who were set to receive the inactive conversion notification mentioned
* This email did not include any personal information.
We apologize for the confusion caused by the mistakenly sent notification emails. We will work harder to provide a better service
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
