"The Sims™ 4 For Rent Expansion Pack* arrives Dec 7! Get ready to build and run Residential Rentals.
This new lot type will bring the neighbors closer together than ever, which could mean either harmony or drama. There'll be lots of chances to socialize in common areas, plus less conventional ways to get to know each other (snooping, eavesdropping, and breaking and entering).
It's a property owner's job to keep their Unit Rating high - if it slips, you could have a tenant revolt on your hands!
Pre-order through January 18 to receive bonus Street Eats Digital Content**: a grill cart, fruit basket, and street umbrella."
