Update notes
- Fixed Aerodrome state issue after saving or loading
- Resolved Load and Save options being unavailable in game over state
- Fixed a bug where the music became muffled upon exiting to the main menu
- Fixed tutorial window not closing in some situations
- Fixed a bug where city buildings construction button was active even if the building is unavailable.
- Edited the text in the quest about setting an Aerodrome as the delivery destination
- Reworked sandy highway and made it more visually distinct from manually placed roads
- Fixes for multiple localization issues
