I changed anime creation process again(4th time). Now it shows information about source(License manga, custom script), also gives an option to assign director and lead animator from your staff.
In Distribution panel you can select, where you want to publish your anime. Each country have growth potential like now china is one big market for anime and movies. It also shows its market valuation.
In investor panel you can negotiate with investor basically form your own production committee.
Manga and market simulation also now works much better, there are thousands of manga's which are constantly updated according to their schedule. Above image shows ui panel through which you can easily search through them. I am also working to implement text based recursive search system in it :)
Also post processing and background is changed. It looks much better now.
