Lilith Ambrose is the final addition to Hall of Judgment. As usual, we'll talk more about her design when she exits beta.

-New card: Hypnotic Gaze.
-Altered equipment: Beholder Staff, Hypnotic Pendulum.
-Lilith Ambrose has been added to the hard pool for Hall of Judgment. (This encounter is guaranteed while playing on the beta branch.)
-Unplayable cards are now always treated as having a cost of 0, regardless of any cost modifiers.
-Overhauled the appearance of the equipment screen. The main window now has lots of new filters, and a new window has been added that displays current equipment. Clicking on equipment in the new window will automatically filter for equipment that can be used in that slot. (Clicking on the artifact clears all filters instead.)
-Adjusted text alignment on the Compare screen, Animate Artifact screen, and Run History.
