GAMEPLAY UPDATE 1.3

Small patch/update:

- Lock mouse to screen.
- Add more range to Horizontal Camera speed.
- Chinchilla movement tweaks.
- Small changes in Levels 4,12,17,18.
- Now you have 50 lives at the start of the game.
- "Time is up" now gives you 30 lives instead of 15.
