Hello guys (and girls)! The Steam Summer Festival is over. We would like to share with you what we have learned through the demo of Alan Sharp thanks to your feedback and what's coming next.
Key takeaways from Alan Sharp Demo:
- Improving the settings - Already on it, boys!
- Adding additional features to the Journal System - we already have an idea and are working on it.
- Polishing animations of characters
- Voice actors recordings overhaul
- Improve the overall atmosphere and lightning of the game (we already pushed some updates during the demo and will continue working on it)
What else will be different in the main game in comparison with the Demo?
- Survive - The Demo was focused around the main house which contained puzzles and psychological horror elements. The Main Game will also feature survival elements.
- Semi-open world - Alan Sharp will feature Beggers Hole (town), its beach, and a forest to explore. But, beware of the danger in the dark.
- Steam Achievements - We don't think we need to say anything more.
- A lot of NPCs - after all, Alan Sharp is a detective game and detectives need witnesses.
And a lot more systems that we are yet to reveal!
