Fixes
- Fixed an issue where an electoral college tie during presidential elections could show the wrong candidate as winning.
- Fixed an issue where the game said that a conference report passed both chambers of congress, even though it had passed only in the house.
- Reduced the likelihood that a player would run in an election against their own character.
- Fixed several congressional districts that had party demographics that added up to more than 100%.
Additions
- Added an advanced option to set a custom starting year. This has no effect other than changing the year displayed at the top of the screen and determining what jobs are available when the game starts.
