Additions
- Updated the election page to include data about seats gained.
- Added a national map to the senate other elections tab (to display which party won each state).
- Added a national map to the house other elections tab (to show percentage of seats won by each party in each state).
Fixes
- Removed the initial expenditure for opening volunteer field offices during presidential elections (now the cost is based solely on rent and salary, which is consistent with non-presidential elections).
- Fixed an issue where the presidential election page would show election results based on the electoral college, even if the electoral college had been set to false.
- Updated corporate tax legislation so it is no longer possible to create a tax rate of 100%.
