The game has been updated to version 0.148.
Additions
- Added an Election History Archive for all player elections. This can be found by clicking the Profile tab and then clicking the Elections Tab. It will show the election results for every one of the player's elections.
- Added Election History Archives for every election. This can be found by clicking the Elections tab and then clicking the Archive tab.
- Added a button to display the election history for any politician.
- Added a button to display every election in a specific district.
- Added new candidates to the presidential election (including mayors, governors, and candidates without government experience). (More candidate types will likely be added in future updates).
- Added a map to the senate summary page that shows the political party of senators - states with two democrats will be colored blue, states with two republicans will be colored red, and states with one of each will be colored purple.
- Increased the protégé limit to 50 (it may be increased more in the future). Do not feel obligated to fill every protégé position.
- Updated political history of candidates who run for president, to indicate that they ran for president, and to indicate if they became the party nominee.
(NOTE: if you load an old version of the game, while in the middle of a game, it will display the election history archive of the previous game, rather than resetting the election history archive. To prevent this, make sure to load the game from the main menu. This will be fixed in the next update, but will not cause any problems if you forget to load old versions of the game from the main menu).
Fixes
- Switched the presidential primary election weeks for Nevada and South Carolina so that the Nevada primary now comes before South Carolina.
- Fixed an issue where one of the counties in Utah would not be included in election results.
- Fixed an issue with the state budget where the player opposing a budget amendment could cause some NPCs to change their vote to support the amendment (rather than oppose).
