Hi everyone!
It’s been a few busy months for all of us at the studio, and that’s because this week we are going to Gamescom! A few from Dinomite Games are going, together with our parent company and sister studio, to show off Go Fight Fantastic! and meet players.
For Gamescom we have made a special build, a sneak peek from story mode, where you get to try out a piece from the game and meet Froggy, our chapter 1 boss!
The intro is currently shortened to work better at Gamescom, so there will be a lot more story and premise added in the final game. But this will give you a taste of what the Story Mode will be like when it’s all done.
We've also added pickups: coins, shards and meteorites. They are there as rewards but can not yet be used, only collected.
Coins: Can be used in a small shop that will be located in the Lobby. You will be able to buy everything from skins, Meteorites and new fighting dummies for the Lobby.
Shards: These are Meteorite shards, you will be able to collect and combine them into new Meteorites.
Meteorites: These are character upgrades that modifies how you character plays. Every character can equip up to 3 different Meteorites. They can make your character faster, stronger or change how an ability works.
This will make it possible to customize your character build, so you can create a DPS Healer or a "vampire" Striker with a ton of life steal, your imagination sets the limits!
If you are interested in seeing this version, please keep an eye on our channel as we are going to broadcast some streams when we, and a few others, are playing it! And if you are going to Gamescom, don’t forget to stop by our booth for some awesome gaming and chatting!
Love,
The Dino crew
