It's about time for our 4th "Montly" so here we go ːws_damanː
So for the last month, we've been working on getting the degenerates patched up, the kinks with the Twitch integration worked out, and a whole set of changes to the codebase to make the high events a thing.
HERE'S WHERE WE AT RIGHT NOW
THE TWITCHER APP
Now that most of the issues with the Twitch integration have been worked out, we've unlocked the Twitcher App to all the streamers. Upon completing the authentication setup, the app will interface with the Twitch chat and allow the viewers to interact with and influence certain aspects of the game. At the moment, the feature set is pretty limited but we'll be adding new features and commands with each high event.
HIGH EVENTS
Building the high events system took much longer than we originally anticipated due to some major refactoring that needed to be done to the game's codebase. Now that most of that is out of the way, we're planning on busting out new high events on a pretty regular basis. If everything goes according to plan and Chris' brain doesn't go on vacation to mental breakdown land... again, we should have at least one new high event ready each week.
