Here we go with another small but juicy update!

- Fixed leaderboard jumping back to the player position after scrolling a few pages
- Fixed leaderboard buttons being interactive before the login was completed. If the user managed to click on them, the game showed some errors
- Fixed exception "Must be logged in to call this method" happening when launching the game after having changed the Steam username
- Fixed NullReferenceExceptions appearing sometimes at the end of the match if PlayFab had some internal errors
- Fixed Scoreboard screen not loading and hanging forever if fetching some data failed
- Changed the timing for the countermove. It is now as reactive as the dodge move.
