Our latest Update is here! Brigadier Skuhl has risen from the depths to defend the dungeons of his yet-to-be revealed master! We've also added a new Hollow enemy that shoots rocks in addition to other enhancements and bug fixes, check out the notes below for more details.
New Features
Brigadier Skuhl Boss - We're excited to share a brand new Boss has been added! Brigadier Skuhl slashes with his claws. He's immune to arrows, so use your sword or bombs to damage the arms. When the arms are defeated, his head becomes vulnerable. Once the head takes enough damage he goes into his next phase and gains a sword that he can slash with and throw. Defeating the arms and damaging the head again will place him in his last phase where he has two swords! Skuhl will teleport in front of you anytime a player gets behind him. When he's attacking with Swords, he will lean to the side when doing a slash attack and not lean at all when he is going to throw. Try to read his attacks and dodge accordingly! Skuhl has similar linking tokens like Gooliath, matching his various phases and behaviors.
Hollow Enemy - A new enemy joins the game! Hollow fits right in with the Forest Theme, it's a tree stump come to life that will shoot rocks when a player walks in front of it. It also will occasionally stop and shoot a rock in each direction. Hollow has a lot of health, but also has a weakness! The player can reflect rocks back at Hollow using the Shield for big damage. Note that we're looking to improve the Shield behavior soon as some rocks may hit the player when facing upwards.
My Dungeons Search - We added a search bar and filter to My Dungeons! Now you can search by name and tag, and sort your results by name, date modified or date created. If you've created a lot of dungeons or have a lot of dungeons in your Downloaded Dungeons tab this is a great way to find the dungeon you're looking for.
Music
Boss Themes - Brand new Boss Themes were added for both Gooliath and Brigadier Skuhl!
Select Boss Music - The new Boss Themes will play automatically depending which Boss spawns, if you want to select a specific Boss Theme to always play, you can now do so from the Dungeon Options menu.
SFX - SFX added to Skuhl and the new Hollow enemy.
Bug Fixes and Enhancements
Gold Total - Total Gold now properly displays on screen when approaching Scout's Shop.
Floor Fix - Fixed a bug that was causing walls to disappear in older dungeons
We're excited to see how you'll make use of the new Boss! A new Designer Challenge will be coming soon. Thanks as always for your continued support, we're excited to keep bringing more content to the game!
