Interview Highlights:
"...if [Duke] Leto is alive, what does that mean for Arrakis and House Atreides? Or the Harkonnens? I feel like fans of the books might enjoy trying to predict what little change in Dune lore would result in Duke Leto surviving much longer than he does in the original story."
- PC Gamer
"Dune: Awakening is not an MMO in today's sense, and it's even less of a sci-fi version of Conan Exiles. No, Dune awakening wants to be much more".
“Living a ‘second life’ on Arrakis promises to be a beautiful experience, full of adventures and unforgettable moments.”
- Multiplayer it
"I fell in love with the idea of driving out into the desert and to constantly discover new interesting locations and dungeons with friends, depending on how the wind blows."
"If Funcom manages to create exciting incentives for Spice races and the ideas around the player-driven economy and multiplayer aspect, Dune: Awakening could be THE survival mmo to play for years to come."
"The Survival Game with MMO-Elements sounds better and better the more I hear about it - and I heard a lot during the 60-minute interview with Joel Bylos."
