Hey everyone,
Surprise! Sorry for being radio silent, we’ve been incredibly busy working on Project Trepang2 in the shadows and realised we’d forgotten to let you know what we’ve been up to – our bad!
So first of all, why have we been quiet? Well, development is going well and we’ve been adding lots of the cool stuff the community has been asking us for!
We’re a super small team and we’ve been dedicating ourselves to making the game itself while hanging out with the community on our Discord, YouTube and Twitter, rather than spreading ourselves too thin.
Because of the scope of the project we wanted to reassure you that despite launch not being in the near future, everything is going well and there will be lots of cool stuff to share with you when it's ready!
Ultimately we’re not rushing Project Trepang2. Ever since we released our playable demo here on Steam back in 2019 (which we saw as an early proof of concept) we’ve been further fleshing out our vision for the game and with it, a hell of a lot more content.
That pretty much wraps things up for now! We’ll be in touch again when we have more to share, but if you want to come chat and hang out in the meantime, hit us up at the Twitter and Discord hyperlinks above.
It’d be really awesome if you can drop us a Wishlist, not only does it support us while we work on the game, but it’ll keep you looped in on any information we share here such as content reveals, developer updates and other fun stuff.
