Improvements

Guests now get hungry much faster at meal times.
Guests no longer use vending machines or call for servers if they have buffet access.
Guests are much less likely to leave the buffet immediately after paying with a new behaviour improvement.
Buffet areas can be built outside. UI

Fix texas poker tables making loads of money because they weren't giving players their prizes!
