Improvements
- Fix missing avatar hands on HTC Vive and other non-Oculus headsets.
- Add instructions and hints to all levels to make it easier to learn how to get through the level.
- 1-5: Add missing wall collider that allowed a shortcut. High scores taking this shortcut has been reset.
