Hi everyone,
It's time again for the October progression report.
I mostly worked on technical stuff (reducing loading times between maps, etc.), writing, and had to go to the hospital for checkups again and again... So, not much to show here, but I do have something to share.
First, I’ve worked with my artist to redo all the NPC portraits. This remake will also introduce new NPCs and a better story to tell about them (I think...).
You can see a few of them here:
Also, I’ve finished writing all the heart event cutscenes. This is huge, and I can’t wait to implement them, but there are other priorities, so I can't start on it just yet.
Oh, I almost forgot! I’ve added a small feature that shows which items you can find in the mines. I love these QoL features, so let me know if you have any suggestions.
I want to share more, but I have to prepare for an upcoming hurricane hitting us this weekend.
Let me know if you have any feedback!
Thank you for reading, and I can't wait to see you again next month.
Happy Halloween!
