An average KOTOVOD engineer is known to be capable of fixing a synchrophasotron with a pen and some duct tape. These kind of skills are very vital, since the Union-era equipment on KOTOVOD sometimes used to break even before it was put into production.
However, after making some careful calculations, the Factory administration decided that wasting resources of creative minds on fixing holes must come to an end. Which is why they have upgraded KOTOVOD's operational systems. Now they're capable of tracking sales data in real time, allowing engineers to save time on staring at the numbers for hours. And that's not just it! A set of comfort-improving measures was taken, and according to our in-house non-anonymous mandatory survey, over 147% of engineers are completely satisfied with their working experience.
