Today, thanks to our testers and a player under the nickname Divirt, we were able to track down and identify the cause of the bug due to which many players lost items in their inventory, including installed ones.
The problem was the ship's insurance. However, it is important to understand that the problem manifested itself ONLY if you insured the ship with the Cover package. The server error occurred at the moment when items were dropped from the ship's hold and this information was updated in the database.
p.s .: We fixed this problem, but for those who have already encountered the problem, it will not be fixed by itself. You need to contact our Discord and write your nickname in the Support section. We will fix the problem on the account.
