◆The effects of Legacies and Spells that were previously unimplemented have been added.
Many of the Legacies and Spells from Chapter 9 onward are extremely powerful, which will further amp up the “idiot game” vibe. Stay tuned.
(That said, Chapters 9-2 through 9-5 might not have as many powerful ones as this update.)
→I think there will be a lot of silent updates because there will probably be a lot of minor bugs.
◆Setting up the beta test server required me to write about as much text as a paperback book (approximately 80,000 Japanese characters), which took quite a while, so the implementation of the alternate route for 9-1 (which will be registered under a different score frame) will likely be the week after next. I’m sorry.
As always, please don’t expect these announcements to be 100% accurate—just bear with us.
→I plan to update the August issue of Monthly Nexus about one to two weeks after the alternate route for 9-1 is implemented. It will mainly consist of a post-mortem on this stage and an article summarizing the direction of the beta (alpha) test server.
(I also plan to update the combined February–August issue of Monthly Nexus, which covers “Tactical Nexus Game Design” in considerable detail. However, since it currently exceeds 4,000 lines—four times the volume of the website pages I updated recently—I intend to finish it around next month and post it on the website rather than as a Steam article.)
