I just wanted to let everyone know that for the time being Cat & Mouse will not receive a new update for the foreseeable future. I posted on the Discord server a while back but didnt post here because I wanted to have some kind of plan before announcing anything.
From Discord:
"Long story short I had 4 of my drives die on me in the middle of upgrading my PC. Yes, I had backups, however they were all fried when my main drive died.
Everything I had been working on over the past few months is gone. However, I may be able to get my data back if I can get the funds together to have it recovered.
Cat & Mouse will be finished, but its still up in the air as to when. If I can get the data from my drives I will be back to working on C&M as soon as I can, with the new hardware I have installed it will be a breeze to finish this project.
I'll keep everyone up to date on what happens from here on out."
This is all still true with the exception of whether or not its even financially viable for me to get my data back. I have found some places that are better priced and possibly wont destroy me financially just to get 1 HDDs worth of data back. The moment I receive the data I need to continue working on Cat & Mouse I will pump out content. This is really lame and embarrassing but whatever, Im not perfect but I am already being far more careful with internal and external backups and cloud backups so there should never be an issue like this in the future. Thanks for playing Cat & Mouse.
