Villagers! 📣
We have exciting news for you. After thorough consideration of your team-building suggestions, the scholars have chosen the best answers, and now it’s time to announce who the winners are.
Starting with great ideas that we decided to award with a Steam key to Medieval Dynasty:
- Rozer927 Depends on which goals you all have, you all gave to he definitely on the same page have the same interests and have desire to always thrive for the best for the team and always willing to learn and become better and stronger.
- Dylan P. By finding a common vision and passion, creating a bond of trust and environment where no one is afraid to speak up or express disapproval to any aspect of the product. Leaders guide, teach and adapt, Dictators control, command and are unwilling to change.
- Amér K. Creating a team is easy, but creating a good team is hard. You need to find like-minded people, people with the same interests, hobbies, sports, etc. If you have nothing to talk about other than the game, you will quickly find the experience getting more and more dull over time. Co-op is best experienced with people you enjoy talking to.
- Cameron H. The best way to create a team is to have a simple, core ethos. Something that should be put before all other things. Is it to be dedicated to an individual task, maximise independence of team members, or something to ensure everybody is like-minded. This allows anybody to know how much they're interested, and what they may be willing to compromise for being part of the team.
- Daniel P. When creating a team, it's important to have a sense of dynamics in a crew. People should be happy to try a bit of everything, and want to branch out and try new things and roles. But also have the chance to be in a safe space where they can also just do what they love. For example, in my crew, we have a mixed bag of payers / people. Some of us are on PC, some are on console, and we struggle to find games to play and enjoy ourselves and the other's company. This game has that chance! Our team is a mix of traits, such as hunters, gatherers builders, artsy-decor-crafters, and gathers. Some of us has a sense of PVP / PVE nature as well, so it's our job to be the ones who protect the crew in times of need. We also tend to work together a lot on projects, bringing us together with our own set of skills to make example the settlement come alive or as "natural" as possible. With a mixed bag of players with unique skills, we work as a team in most games and have fun along the way. Now with this update, we have gathered more friends whom been super excited to join us in the world of Medieval Dynasty. We will both guide them and let them explore and learn this amazing game. We are a smaller group of gamers, but we take care of one another with great care, both in-game and outside of gaming. Gaming Unites as many other forms of entertainment can, and this is one of the many games we hope to share stories around when we are older and hang-out in real life, to look back at fondly and gave us good laughs and memories about.
And the best of the best:

Lo, noble seeker of knowledge and wisdom, attend to these words with care, for herein lies the ancient lore on the finding of the perfect company of comrades, fit for any quest or noble endeavour. First, seek ye those of stout heart and steadfast spirit. Forsooth, bravery and constancy are the bedrock upon which all great deeds are founded. In times of peril and shadow, 'tis the resolute heart that shall not falter nor flee. Next, gather ye men and women of diverse skills and talents. Just as the sword complements the shield, so too must the strengths of one balance the weaknesses of another. The wise scribe, the cunning scout, the valiant knight, and the healing maiden—each hath a part to play, each a thread in the tapestry of success. Moreover, look to the character of thy companions. Trustworthiness and loyalty are virtues beyond measure. A team divided by deceit and mistrust shall crumble before the first gale of adversity. But those bound by honour and fidelity shall stand as an unyielding bulwark. Furthermore, seek ye those who possess a keen mind and quick wit. For many are the challenges that cannot be overcome by brawn alone. The cunning stratagem and the clever ruse oft win the day when sheer force doth fail. Thus, let thy fellowship include those who think as well as those who fight. In addition, nurture camaraderie and fellowship amongst thy band. A team united in purpose and spirit shall achieve greatness beyond the sum of its parts. Through shared trials and triumphs, let bonds of friendship be forged, stronger than the finest steel. Lastly, remember always to heed the counsel of those wiser than thyself. Even the greatest of leaders benefit from the wisdom of others. Be humble in thy command, and open to the insights of thy fellows. Thus, noble seeker, by following these precepts, thou shalt gather unto thyself a team most perfect and true, ready to face the challenges of the world and to achieve deeds of valour and renown. Go forth with courage and wisdom, and may the favour of the heavens shine upon thee and thy companions. There is no better occasion than the crossplay update premiere!!!
We want to congratulate every contestant, especially the winners, who can expect to be contacted in the following days.
Kind regards
