Watch out Generals! The monsters are out!
It's finally that spooky season,
So it's time to get scary with another community bulletin. Did you know that Trick-or-treating has been around for hundreds of years?
The tradition of wandering the streets and asking strangers for hand-outs dates all the way back to the Middle Ages. Back then it was known as “mumming”, and people would dress as demons and ghosts, then go knock on doors and perform a song or a dance in exchange for food or drink!
It has been a busy month over here at RISK central.
In our Q&A session, we mentioned that we have been working on a roadmap for RISK.
Our roadmap for 2022 and 2023 will give you an idea of what to expect!
These are our plans for the next 6-9 months but we're also looking at community feedback and requests and planning some exciting new game play options for the later half of 2023.
It's only a couple more weeks until the 3.8 update comes out and we are so excited to share it with you all.
We have made some shiny new changes to our Home and Setting screens to make it easier for users to navigate, create and join games. Here is a sneak peek video.
(Just remember this is all subject to change)
We've also made changes to our Ranking system so next week, one of the Devs working directly on the upcoming changes to the Ranked system will be available to answer your questions live.
The Q&A will be held for an hour on the:
- RISK Discord
- 19th of October
- 9 AM AEST to 10 AM AEST
- You can access it in the Forum channel under the tag “dev QnA”
Please remember that this is for questions relating to the upcoming updates to Ranked for the 3.8 update.
If you have any other questions, we will hold more Q&As at a future date.
Do you want to be highlighted on the home screen of RISK Global domination?
We are looking for new streamers to showcase in the game. Your streams will be available for players to watch from our home screen.
We love showcasing our RISK streamers and community so if you would like a chance to have this opportunity, please fill out the following form:
