Patch notes
- Added a Random Deck per district to PVP. The deck is generated procedurally with a total of 30 cards
- Added credits
- Patched Debt Sync AI
- Improved final boss AI
- Balanced Government deck
- Fixed Forcefield timing [bug]
- Added some missing translations in Spanish and Chinese
- Changed to only give bonus cards to players with an empty deck if they have 10 or fewer cards in hand
- Tweaked Turtle Shield AI
