Added a History menu to the game, now you can see your past campaigns, cards used, items acquired, etc.

It doesn't work retroactively so you need to play and finish a new run to store the data and the icon will appear on the main menu.

Patch notes
- Removed exploit where players were able to accumulate money by leaving the game on the Victory/Defeat screen
- Tweaked starter decks to make them stronger and more competitive
- Reduced the overall difficulty of year 1
- Tweaked the difficulty of some enemies
- Reduced the movement of the campaign camera
- Retouched some BIZ graphics and also tweaked the art on some of the cards
