Also, I'm here to bring some long-awaited news so I'm not here empty handed...
Version 1.2.0 is currently being worked on, and the focus of it is:
✨ Better Character Customization! ✨
Accessories
Different ear types
Fur patterns
Different tails
Wowee! Part of this meant (and also why we've been radio silent for 10 million years) redoing all the sprites and making a new system to handle interchangeable parts.
Here's a sneak peek of what the meow meow looks like in my Aseprite file~
Yup, that's right! Completely NEW and BETTER animations, too!
I have redone all of them to look and feel better. Since I already had to take it apart to separate out the head, ears, etc., I figured "why not? Why shouldn't I redo the entire animation set?"
...Yeah, anyways. With these pivot points (they're the bright green and red dots!) we're hoping we can accommodate more variety of things, like hats, collars, wings(??? i really want wings please don't hold me to it though), clothing items, without me being buried under a mountain of undoable work.
Heck yeah!
Okay, I'm done yapping. Back to work!
