This patch adds a MP Jonathan to Cizna parliament. He will show up in the illness quest.
I don’t plan to add all Cizna MP but some will be added.
What has been added:
1. Color tournament quarter final can now be had.
2. Fort Leng added. This is a checkpoint where males with colorful hair will be denied of entry. This is also where Max is whose dialog is currently incomplete.
3. A side quest “A girl of wind” added.
4. A side quest “illness” added.
