I made a lot improvements and I'm trying to make them fun and beautiful. It's pretty time consuming but I'm hopping that you gonna enjoy. I started to add Town Center special events, you can arrange festival, play poker, follow the leads of treasures.
Don't think they are easy and always the same! Even in simple "rescue cat" mission you will have 6 different endings. So try to be adventurous don't choose the same answer. You can be very surprised when you see the other results.
As i mentioned before this quests adding events to your region. They can be powerful boosts for your city
I'm thinking update the game,very excited to show it maybe I should finish all the regions. Give me your opinion, Governor!

and yes you can keep the penguin! It's gonna hard to find one though. They will give you boosts like your wife on your journey when you have a house
