Greetings Defenders,
We are pleased to present the latest round of updates for the Public Test Realm (PTR) coming later today. This patch includes several key adjustments aimed at improving balance and gameplay, particularly in Rifted Mode and Pure Strategy. Your continued participation and feedback are invaluable as we refine these changes, and we look forward to your thoughts as you test the new content.
Changes in this PTR Update:
Rifted Mode Changes:
Rift Conversion Scalar has been set to 0.8 for all enemies in Survival, Mix-Mode, and Pure Strategy. This means that there is now an 80% chance for an enemy to spawn as a Rifted variant in these modes.
Rift Conversion Scalar for all Ogres in Survival, Mix-Mode, and Pure Strategy is now set to 0.9. This increases the chance of Ogres spawning Rifted to 90% in these modes.
Rift Conversion Scalar for Deeper Well has been updated to match these changes across all game modes.
Pet Changes:
Lil' Bomber did not receive an increase in this update.
Rift DPS Pets have received a 25% range increase.
Gold DPS Pets now feature a 50% range increase.
Happy Hera's range has been increased from 700 to 900.
Raging Zeus's range has been increased from 700 to 900.
Tower Changes:
Updated the tool-tip on the spider minion
Game Mode Changes
Special enemies have been added to Pure Strategy across all maps in Acts 1-3.
Bonus difficulties have now been enabled in Pure Strategy.
We are continuing to test these changes and encourage you to provide feedback based on your experience. Your input helps us identify areas that need further adjustment and ensures that the final release will be as polished and enjoyable as possible.
Thank you for your continued support and dedication to Dungeon Defenders: Awakened. We look forward to hearing your thoughts!
Best,
