We are back with a small quality of life patch!
Changes
- Animated tile for ability attacks, makes it clear and draws attention to where enemies are going to attack.
- Lore book snaps to lore entries if there are any unseen entries.
- Basketball mini-game improvement to controls and dragging in opposite directions.
- Engine upgrades.
- Minor bug fixes.
Behind the scenes we have been working towards making the combat deeper and more meaningful. We are also evaluating and prototyping what future directions the combat could go in with the narrative being a major part and how it ties into combat with different types of games that you can build over pure turn based combat for everything!
We haven't said this enough but we are so glad and thankful for the support we have had in our journey in making and updating Gamedev Beatdown!
