A lot of things are happening at Tau Ceti Labs, and development continues on our flagship, LithoBreak.
We have just refreshed the equipment window to include five tabs: Maintenance, Operations, Logistics, Upgrades, and Stats. This is the window we intend every piece of equipment to use. The frame stays consistent; Operations changes to match the machine.
These equipment windows are a standard size now, which unlocks two very different ways to use the same interface. At the site construction console, several equipment windows can be open at once for managing a site. In first person, selecting a machine will bring that same window to the tablet—one focused machine at a time. The tablet's construction menu is next, bringing building and equipment control into one in-world tool.
The Sifter window is still an internal work in progress, not a public-build announcement—but it establishes the foundation for every machine that follows.
