Howdy Builders!
We appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm for Sandrock. We have some important updates to share with you regarding the status of your Kickstarter rewards.
Digital Rewards
- All digital rewards for PC, including Steam codes and DLC codes, have been sent. If you haven't received or lost them, please let us know.
- All PlayStation codes and their respective DLC codes have also been sent. Please note that PS4 will be available at a later date, so some codes may not activate on PS4 yet. Don't worry, though—keep your key, and it will be resolved once PS4 goes live.
- Xbox codes and their DLC codes have also been sent, so you should have everything you need.
- For Nintendo Switch, all base game codes have been sent. However, the DLC codes are pending platform approvals. We're working with publishers to get these out as soon as possible.
Physical Rewards
All physical rewards have been shipped.
However, some packages are still on hold due to outdated addresses or missing key information like phone numbers. This is crucial for international delivery, so please check your email for any notifications from us or your carrier. If you've changed your address or haven't provided complete information, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Additionally, we're looking for backer Tony, who we've lost contact with. If you're reading this or know how to reach him, please contact us through email or on Discord. We want to talk about your rewards!
Questions About Deliveries
If you haven't received your rewards or there's an issue with your delivery, please let us know. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your Kickstarter order details, and we'll help resolve any problems.
Just a reminder, the only support email is [email protected]. If your email bounces, you can also reach us on Discord by contacting the Pathea admins!
We'll continue to offer help and support with this, so reach out to us if you have any questions.
Thank you once again for your incredible support. You've made this project possible, and we're thrilled to have you as part of our community. Stay tuned for more updates, and happy gaming!
