Howdy builders,
Hype!
Sandrock Multiplayer Closed Alpha is available to play from now to Aug 12th!
(ATTENTION: Once players have activated the multiplayer keys, be sure you switch to the 'Multiplayer_DLC' branch before playing) (Guide links here, and you don't need to use the code anymore)
The current multiplayer can support up to 4 players to work, build, fight, and dungeon dive together!
Unlike the singleplayer version, the multiplayer version has a compressed timeline and separate story. You can encounter familiar characters from the singleplayer storylines while experiencing various historical events that happened in the town of Sandrock.
If you missed the multiplayer sign-up over the past couple of weeks, don't worry!
Join our Discord and ask for spare keys from other community members in the #mp-keys channel.
Note:
1. The multiplayer keys will be deactivated after the end of the Closed-Alpha Playtest.
2. Only players with the base game on Steam can access the Closed-Alpha for My Time at Sandrock this time.
3. We plan to open multiplayer servers in Europe and North America this time. Please be aware that players outside of these regions may experience latency issues.
4. This is pressure testing, and we might be undergoing unexpected server maintenance during the Closed-Alpha period. Please watch out for the official announcement in case the server goes down.
5. There may be occasional bugs, crashes, or other issues in this alpha playtest; please let us know if you notice any of them so we can fix them before the next multiplayer playtest!
6. Player progress in Closed-Alpha will not carry over to future playtests and full games.
7. As a Closed-Alpha test, all test players must follow the NDA guidelines (see the full NDA in the community pinned thread).
8, Be sure to switch to the 'Multiplayer_DLC' branch after activating the key to launch the multiplayer alpha.
