Happy Summer, Mayors!
Today's patch is on the small side for features. However, we are elated to announce a special summer event that will let you win some fabulous prizes! Stay tuned this weekend for more info.
These are the patch notes:
Version 0.0.58.12 ALPHA
- Starting next week, we'll be starting the NewCity Summer Spectacular! Pay attention to our social media to see how to participate and what prizes you can win! Improvements:
- The terrain grid has been updated. We're going back to dots for the smallest grid size, and there is a compass rose pointing North. The grid can easily be modified by editing or replacing textures/land.png
- Small cities can now support more density. Fixes:
- Autosave is now enabled by default.
- When generating terrain for a new game, if hills are turned off, the maximum height is now CSuperflatHeight. This fixes a visual glitch some players noticed.
- Fixed a crash-on-launch.
