Fixed - Fire shaman killing himself
Fixed - Fire shaman being to loud
Buffed - Compact SMG damage upgrades 1.1 to 1.25
Buffed - Compact SMG rounds upgrades 2 to 3
Buffed - Scar17 damage upgrade from 1.1 to 1.25
Nerfed - OilBots base damage from 40 to 25
Nerfed - Oilbots splash damage radius 2 meters to 0.5 meters
Nerfed - OilBots LavaPipe fire rate from 1 to 1.35 seconds
Nerfed - OilBots spawn Rate from 0.4% to 0.3%
Nerfed - Butch spawn Rate from 0.2% to 0.125%
Nerfed - Ice shaman impact damage from 50 to 15
Nerfed - Ice shaman DPS radius from 2 meters to 1.75 meters
