After the release of the game, we received feedback from individual players about the problem of poor playback and flicker of the game video, which did not appear in many computers and tests before going on the shelves. First of all, I would like to express my sincere apologies.
After receiving feedback, we quickly set up a team to solve the problem, one by one contact with the players encountering problems, and try to communicate one-to-one as much as possible, trying to solve the problem. In the course of several hours, with the help of the players, the final solution has been determined. Thank you very much.
At present, the problem is that the video bitrate is too high, which leads to problem. Visitor 2 video part is made according to the standard of film level. At present, it seems that guaranteeing the quality of the video may lead to the poor experience of individual players. On balance, we decided to sacrifice part of the quality of the video to smooth the whole. Although the bit rate is compressed, the visual enjoyment of non-professionals should not be affected too much.
Here, thank you again for your support as always, and sincerely hope that all players will be smooth and healthy.
