To our Niwarn fellows,
We would like share with you the unfortunate news. We're encountering a purchasing system problem since August 24, 2022. It is caused by Steam API, resulting in the Steam overlay page not showing up making players being unable to purchase the Amethyst.
We have already reached out to Steam to discuss the issue They are presently working on the issue to restore the system to normal operation. If there's any update, we'll definitely keep you posted.
Due to the problem above, we decided to delay lauching Horror Pass SS3 that is originally scheduled to start on September 1, 2022 until the payment system resumes normal operation.

สืบเนื่องจากปัญหาระบบจ่ายเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิตที่เกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2565 ส่งผลให้ผู้เล่นไม่สามารถเติมเงินเพื่อซื้อสินค้าได้
ทั้งนี้ทีมงานไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจกับปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และติดต่อไปยังผู้ให้บริการ Steam ซึ่งในขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการดำเนินการแก้ไขเพื่อให้ระบบกลับมาใช้งานได้ตามปกติอีกครั้ง
ในส่วนของกิจกรรมทางผีผ่าน ซอย 3 เดิมทีที่มีกำหนดการจะเริ่มในวันที่ 1 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2565 ทีมงานได้ตัดสินใจเลื่อนการเริ่มกิจกรรมออกไปจนกว่าระบบเติมเงินจะกลับมาใช้งานได้ตามปกติอีกครั้ง
หากมีรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม ทีมงานจะแจ้งให้ผู้เล่นทราบทันที
