New Features
* Stream Camera. In VR, the stream camera can be dragged by the player. It's look direction can be adjusted with left thumbstick and distance with right thumbstick. Lower left controller button to reset its look orientation. In Desktop mode, the stream camera acts as a free cam.
* Text Chat We have added a text chat for mute desktop players. Players can press "T" to show text window, type a message, and hit enter to send. Text will appear above the players head.
Tweaks and Fixes
* Improvements to VRIK for smaller characters, more to come.
* Offsets for Oculus controllers improved for the VRIK hands, (known issue with the laser direction being incorrect)
