Notes:
- Interface: Expanded the size of the selection of buildings.
- Interface: Fixed a bug on the screen to load game.
- Interface: Fixed a bug with sound in help messages.
- Game: Improved vehicle traffic again, should consume less resources.
- Game: Now it automatically detects the user's language, if the user is from Spain it will automatically put the game in Spanish (unfortunately I have not translated the game for more languages).
