Hi,
We're back with a new update again! It's one of the last updates before the game leaves Early Access. This update introduces a new environment with 2 new tracks, 1 more track in the American diner environment, we've changed the handling to make it more accessible and responsive, while keeping the core of it similar to what it is now and we've done quite a bit of bugfixing (although there definitely may be more left to fix).
So, the main new stuff you'll find in the update:
- New Environment with 2 new tracks. The new environment is like a recording studio or a rehearsal studio with lots of instruments and music-related gadgets. The road also glows with the music, giving it a nice 'vibe' ;)
- New Track in Diner. We've added a new extra track in the American diner environment.
- Tweaked Handling. We're trying to adjust the handling to the feedback. We're particularly worried that some people were unable to navigate the tracks without drifting and that made the game a lot less appealing to them. With the new update it should be easy to negotiate the tracks without drifting but if you drift you should have an advantage over those who don't, which is something we're definitely looking for. Easy to learn, hard to master.
- Bugfixing. We've continued to do some bugfixing. This is an ongoing process, and we'll be focusing exclusively on this once we're done with all the content but still, we fix everything we see and can be done without too much hassle.
As usual, we're really keen to listen from you. What do you think of the new tracks? Do you like the new handling? Is there anything we should do to improve the handling (or the game for that matter)? Comment on this or anything else in the forums. We do our best to answer every post personally ASAP.
Happy racing!
