A small update to make version number and levelgen seed visible to the player.

- Improved the look of the stats menu
- Added debug information to stats
- Made the current game version appear at the top of the user menu
- Changed dialog text size to prevent overflows
- Changed the tutorial throw instructions to be more clear
- Removed song switching on low player health because it was interrupting my groove
- Changed small map frequency in Outside Station to avoid big patches of small rooms
